Once a service is subscribed to and payment is completed, it can be cancelled or refunded under pro-rata basics. If a client is dissatisfied for any unforeseen reason, they are welcome to reach out to us for guidance and support.

We will make every effort to enhance satisfaction in such instances. However, any request from a client to cancel a service or receive a refund will be done on pro-rata basis.
