Escalation Process
In case the client is not satisfied with the response, they can lodge a grievance with SEBI through the SEBI SCORES Complaint Portal, or write to any of the offices of SEBI. For any queries, feedback, or assistance, please contact the SEBI Toll-Free Helpline: 1800 22 7575 or 1800 266 7575.
After exhausting the above options, if the investor/client is still not satisfied with the outcome, they can initiate dispute resolution through the SEBI ODR – Online Dispute Resolution Portal.

To protect the investors from unauthorized schemes/frauds due to impersonation:
- Ensure that the RA service fees are paid exclusively to the bank account registered under the name of the Research Analyst (RA) and only through the verified RA website.
Any payments made outside of these channels will be considered as payments for unregistered advisory services, and the RA will not entertain any obligations or complaints in such cases.
- Always request email communications related to payment Invoices and from the RA's registered email ID listed on the SEBI website under Research Analysts.
- Be sure to inform Research Analysts about any suspicious accounts.
